Very poor customer service. Complete failure to communicate resulting in alot of stress and essential repairs not being carried out.

Great customer service, as always

I have taken my car to Rivervale for my services and MOTs ever since I bought it six years ago. The service I receive is always spot on and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
