As firm they are excellent. But the production, not their fault, was disappointing and having to go up three flights of stairs to seats was hard on those with arthritic knees.

Very nice coaches. Very nice & pleasant driver. Picked up on time both going & returning. Pity the driver couldn't have stayed a little longer so that we could watch the end of the flying display but...

Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear that you had good seats and felt the trip was well organised. We arrive in good time in London for theatre trips to allow everyone enough time to pop and get a bite to eat before the performance, as otherwise it could be a long time to go without refreshments.

Always easy to book on line but helpful and easy to contact by phone. Coach drivers are excellent and very courteous and seats for the theatre are always good

Excellent trip as always. Not five stars as change of pickup because of roadworks which I had to contact them about!

Thank you for your feedback. As soon as we are aware of any impacts to our routes/pick-ups eg roadworks we review all options available to us and then contact our customers to advise them of any changes. I can only assume that at the point of your call, we had yet to be advised of the roadworks. We apologise that you had to contact us regarding a change of pick-up.
