We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. The chair and stool you purchased was a showroom model and as such was sold as seen with a £300 reduction. Brushed steel has minor scratches which are a characteristic of this product I am sorry this was not pointed out to you at the time. If you would care to contact the store we will arrange for collection and a full refund.
