Not satisfied
They over promise and under deliver..they prey in the desperations of people searching for jobs by promising a "professional" resume but what they deliver is absolutely mediocre and not up to par....

Is that all?
"Rush service" purchased and paid for... did not happen though (results took ~4 days--However No refund... tsk, tsk). Customer service could not understand the difference between a Resume and a C.V....
