Liberon have advised that their Pine Drill Brushes are produced in batches of 1000+ and it is almost unheard of for the bristles to fall out. It is always possible that there may be a faulty one in the batch for some reason. If you would like to place your next order over the telephone, we will try to compensate you in some way for any inconvenience the faulty brush may have caused.
