Car was collected OK, but then get call few days later, asking me when they can collect car?
If they don't even know they already collected vehicle , begs question have they informed DVLA?

Apologies for what seems to have been a slight misunderstanding at the collections office.
I can see your vehicle was collected, payment was made same day and a certificate of destruction (from DVLA) sent to you on 17.11.17. Please check your email - perhaps your spam/junk box also.
Apart from this, glad to hear all went smoothly.

Highly recommend
Best price, efficient service, car picked up same day, Money transferred by next morning, couldn’t ask for more. Reassuring to know it’s all done legally and “above board”
