Our Excess Reimbursement Section of our Policy Wording includes 'This section includes Damage to auto glass (and includes windscreens and windows), as well as Damage to the roof, tyres and under body of the Rental Vehicle'. We only specifically refer to these car parts as these specific parts of the car that are not covered by the car hire company's compulsory cover. In short, if keeping within the T&S of the policy, we cover ALL damage.
It is interesting that a Car Hire company's employee is trying to evaluate and comment on our insurance when they are unlikely to be legally authorised or qualified to do so.
