The service was ok. Food was ok but more variety is needed. Maybe have different food each day on the buffet. Also more beach chairs would be useful. Lots of people went without chairs. Mini fridge...

Disappointed
Was on hold for 2 hours so missed getting deal offered. Had to book online and when we ran into issues and were finally able to speak to someone, they said that's the problem when you book yourself....

I had to pay $113 because I messed up one letter on a name on the booking. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay that much for a mistake. It was annoying.
