Disappointment from price drop not possible to claim
Price dropped lass than 12 hours after booking, called immediately and unfortunately RedTag people were not helpful .... silly explanations and excuses after multiple attempts to get the better...

Thank you for your feedback regarding the pricing of your vacation. Pricing of travel, whether a vacation package or air only reservation, can be very fluid and we appreciate how frustrating this can be for passengers who have already confirmed their vacation prior to a price drop. Please bear in mind all rates are solely determined by the tour operators and airlines involved. Prices do fluctuate and as you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control.Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.
Ken was friendly and knowledgeable as well as patient!! I like how he handled everything from beginning to end as well as made recommendations and followed up with me every step of the way!!
