Great customer service
Very informative. Worker even called back to ensure I read about DR entry exit form. Now that’s an employee.
For weeks I have been trying to get in touch with customer service by phone and at I hang up. Today and still, I am hold, 3 hours and counting.
My first booking with Redtag and I am not impressed.

Upon reviewing our records, the Travel Insurance offered by Manulife was declined, but the travel protection offered by the tour operator was selected at time of booking. Our records further show you contacted our office to see about cancelling the tour operators travel protection. The agent reached out to the tour operator and was advised the travel protection is nonrefundable. We have to abide by the tour operators Terms & Conditions.
