Thank you for providing your feedback. We have carefully reviewed your reservation and would like to clarify the details. Our records show that your initial online booking for Melia Costa Rey did not process for reasons you are aware of. You subsequently contacted our office and spoke with our agent, at which time you requested a reservation at the Melia Del Rey. We certainly understand your disappointment upon arrival when you realized the hotel was not the one you originally intended to book. However, please note that all booking details, including the hotel name, were reconfirmed by the agent prior to finalizing the reservation. A Client Invoice was emailed to you on October 1, 2025, followed by your Electronic Tickets on October 2, 2025. Both documents clearly indicate the confirmed hotel as Melia Jardines Del Rey.
