Terrible service. Once you get the money you do not care.
Terrible service. I wanted to cancel my reservation and have been waiting for call back for hours (still waiting). When I called again and hit new reservation option I had an agent on the line in 15...

My vacation was canceled because the reservation wasn't done in time and red tag and sonwing.Decide that there is absolutely no reason to compensate me for all the losses.It's incurred for already...
