Your rep and tour guides were very helpful and friendly . I phoned up to change my hotel and your customer service advisor was really nice and efficient.

Mrs Hilsely thank you for the feedback and we are sorry that it did not meet expectations. We will certainly be going back to the hotel to address the temperature of the swimming pools and ensure that rooms are stocked fully and frequently.

Perfect late booked holiday!
Easy to book... whenever I call to enquire the staff are really helpful.... After we arrived in Hurghada everything was smooth.... Hotel and staff were great..Thank you...
