I confess to being a little puzzled by your review. Firstly, let me offer my congratulations on passing Part 3 at the first attempt and thereby becoming a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor. Your training contract is entirely separate from your decision to join RED as a franchisee. If in the unfortunate event that DVSA withdrew your licence to teach for any reason, your franchise contract would have been automatically null and void so you would not have been liable for contract fees or stuck in contract as you put it. I have had a quick look at your business and it looks quite healthy with a good number of active customers.
