Congratulations on qualifying with RED even though it was quite a long time ago. After qualifying, you were a franchisee until June 2020 when you chose to leave the business. Unfortunately, you were not prepared to offer lessons in the evenings or at weekends and hence had very limited availability. This was always going to impact your business. Please remember too that you as the instructor choose which postcodes to cover. I am sorry that after all this time (February 2021), you decided to post negative feedback but I wish you well with whatever you are doing now.

Dear Mr Scott. I am sorry that you think driving 25 miles for your training is unacceptable. I realise of course that after many training sessions, you have changed your mind about being a driving instructor and are hoping for a refund. Indeed, you endeavoured to threaten us with the email below prior to posting this review. Your email verbatim send to us reads as follows: I suggest this email be passed on to a manager. Before I post reviews to all relevant review sites, I would like to offer you a second chance to refund me for my terrible experience. Both trainers had me travelling 25miles each way to my lessons. These are the only trainers near me, any other trainer would be further a field. Below is the review I intend to post. I will post this on 30th October. With or without a refund amendments Mr Scott - I wish you well in what path life takes you and I hope you find happiness.
