Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we aim to provide all franchisees with a strong foundation and ongoing support. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. You successfully passed Part 1 on your first attempt, and both Part 2 and Part 3 on your second attempts, which demonstrates a solid progression through the training programme. At no stage during your training were any concerns raised regarding your trainer or the support you were receiving. Had any issues been brought to our attention at the time, they would have been taken seriously and fully investigated. We also have a dedicated Instructor Services department whose role is to support every instructor throughout their journey, both during and after qualification. This structure is in place to ensure franchisees are not left without guidance. We regret that your experience has led you to feel this way, but we do wish you all the best in your ongoing career and future endeavours.
