Hi Gill, Thank you the review. All our trainers are of course at the top of their game in terms of instructor training and provide one to one in-car training. Your first assigned instructor had chosen to change the area she covered and had omitted to tell the training support team. That was quickly sorted out and I am glad to hear things subsequently worked out well. Best wishes for your new career as a driving instructor.

 Thank you for the good rating. We appreciate your comments. Your training is one to one with an ORDIT registered RED trainer who should be able to handle most questions you have. Training support is available from the office team and we find email efficient but calls can be arranged by appointment. Nationally we have well excess of 100 trainers which enables us to cover the UK quite well with personal training. Occasionally due to workload, a trainer might be asked to help out slightly further a field. Best wishes for the rest of your training.
