My Amex card was not processed properly so had to use another card and lost out on points

On time both ways , good stock of gifts and great food ,

We were able to board the 17:00 on Friday having missed the 16:00, however it seemed to take a lot longer to fill the ship and it sailed late.

Always a great service this is the only way to travel to isle of wight We arrived early from south wales and they put us on the next ferry no problem a very very good service ten out of ten . TIDY
