Won’t give a 5 because I didn’t feel the customer service on board the ferry or where you arrive at the dock was great. The staff were very half *****. Also I had a bacon bap on one of the journeys...

As always, the best way to cross. Booked accommodation too which was great

Friendly staff, good clean ferries.. I arrived early thinking traffic was going to be bad,however to my suprise i was allowed to board an hour early. Very impressed.

Excellent service.. on time, no hassle easy boarding and clean passenger areas to enjoy the crossing. Competitive prices which mean that I would definitely use again.

Whilst the ferry and crossing was smooth and punctual on both the crossings we were disappointed that only one lift was working on both crossings. Further more the ONLY lift to the deck with the dog...
