One small point is the lack of heating in the public areas which on a cold damp evening is a bit uncomfortable. Other than that the service is very good.

Great service, always usually running to time, nice helpful staff, it was the right move to keep the prices low and the ferries busy.

Almost always on time, clean and tidy, friendly and flexible. Shame winter timetable has such big gaps!

First time I've used Red Funnel, got good deal. Fast, efficient and hassle free loading. Will use again.
