On time. Only issue is why a small commercial van must pay more than a big car. This certainly does not help the islands economy as we are very selective about when and what business we do there.

Please consider give a cheaper price for regular island travellers, your still holding island residents to ransom in order for them to get off the island.

The only thing I would change is that when someone can't come on their original booking date and need to change their ticket it would be nice to make the first change free and then charge the £5...

I travel to the island most weekends. Its an excllent service. The food is good and the crew helpfull it makes for an enjoyable crossing

Service on flexible tkt was excellent Well organised

No seating available ( apart from tiny stools in the corridor near the tolets ). As a result, I had a bad back for the next two days.
