I found the Pet Area (I have to go there as I have a dog) uncomfortably wet. It was raining on the trip across and back. Water was dripping in on all the seats so it was impossible to find a dry one...

Usual good service, speedy loading and disembarkation.

Punctual. Courteous. Good coffee. Passenger accommodation beginning to look a bit tired.

Gets you where you need to go in a competent manner. Offers almost make it affordable!

Service on time with good stewarding, but food very expensive.

I find the Red Funnel service almost unfailingly reliable. The boats are kept clean. It is far better value for money than other cross-Solent routes.
