Smoothly handled, but ferry was very quiet

Easy to book , all went well and to time , good experience colleagues fully in control felt very safe and valued as a customer well done

Efficient service and well organised. Quite expensive. Would use the service for regular days out as live local if it were cheaper, but because of this only once every 2 or 3 years.

Today I was on a work visit to the IOW bringing along someone who lived in South East London. Loved the whole experience and it being new to him he just commented on how quickly the turnovers...
