We don't appear to have received your email, so I'll send this via email to you now as well.
I've sent a chaser to the manufacturer on this in the meantime, as the art prints are made to order and sent directly from them with a 5 - 7 working day ETA.
I do know that these are sent via Royal Mail, so just wanted to check if you may have had any calling cards from them at all?
I'll update you as soon as we know more on this.
