Thanks for your feedback and it’s great to know that you enjoy what we do. I’ve just had a look at your booking history and can see your point; you do seem to have been particularly unlucky in having several trips cancelled in the last few years and I’m sorry for the frustration this must have caused you. I‘m please to see however that you’ve been able to adjust your holiday time and join our trip Croatia a week earlier than originally planned. The risk of cancelling some departures due to not enough participants is unfortunately an unavoidable consequence of us offering the range of holidays we do. It’s difficult to predict what’s going to catch people’s imagination from year to year, and the times at which they are going to want to travel. But we do operate the majority of the holidays we advertise. If you have any concerns as to the numbers booked on any given holiday, or any other queries relating to a trip you’re planning, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Thanks very much for your feedback. We’re aware that the demands of similar walking grades as described in our brochure can vary a little from holiday to holiday. We also recognise the difficulty of producing a description of the demands of a walk appropriate across all holidays in our programme in the UK and worldwide. We provide more details of the sort of walks likely to be encountered to give an indication of the nature of the terrain and format of particular holidays in our Holiday Information sheets which are downloadable from our website or available on request. We’re also very happy to talk to clients about individual holidays and the nature of the walks to ensure that you book the right holiday for you. I’ve just had a look at our website and see how you found this confusing; we had stated that the inter-island flights or ferries were included, but clarified the supplements for travelling between the islands were £24 per person for a ferry transfer or £50 per person for a transfer by air. I’m sorry for the annoyance this caused you, but following your comments I’ve adjusted the wording on our website to make it clear for future clients that although we provide an inclusive package, the final price can vary depending on how individual clients choose to travel between the islands.
