Thank you for your feed back. I am sincerely sorry at how long this request has taken. I can see that you did speak to us a couple of times during the week, and see that the request was chased. I can assure you that normal turn around is usually 2 days if not sooner, but on occasions the suppliers can take longer, however this is indeed a long time and completely understand your disappointment, my sincere apologies!
