Thank you for your comments. On all of our holidays we contract a number of twin/double and single rooms at the hotels. Not all hotels have single rooms but will generally agree a limited number of twin rooms to be used for single occupancy. Unfortunately, the number of rooms permitted for sole occupancy is always limited and if we require more than agreed we have to contact the hotel to request an additional room. We are sorry that on this occasion the response from the hotel was slower than anticipated. Kind regards Julie Pinnell
