Thank you for your feedback. With bookings where we need to ask for extra rooms, it can take 2 to 3 days to get reply as we advise at time of booking. Most hotels will come back promptly, but they also like to review if they want to give extra allocation to operators, We are very sorry that it took so long, we are looking and talking to some hotels to try and and make this process quicker.
