Good, but couldn't book online

I wasnt able to make an online booking and had to make telephone call. Having said that, the service over tge phone was excellent.

Friendly and helpful when I requested a direct regional flight. When I couldn’t get one on initial holiday destination, I was successful with second choice and deposit etc transferred to new booking....
