Thank you for your valued feedback earlier this week.
I am very sorry if you feel that our service is too slow! As you are aware we always try to come back to travel agents within 1 hour and that is what we have always tried to do at RailTourGuide since the begining. Over the last couple of months we have seen an exceptional number of enquiries coming into our sales office. My Sales Team of Giles, James and Neil always try to get back to our customers as quick as possible - so my apologises that you had to wait a little longer than usual!
Sorry that you thought we only deserved a NPS score of 1/10, all our other NPS scores 118 of them have been 9/10 and 10/10!
I hope that we can do better for you next time!

I was recommend to use by a work colleague and Giles had me sorted with multiple options (and classes) in 5 minutes - why waste time elsewhere?
