We are sorry to learn that your package arrived with damage. We have spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging to protect them in transit and damage is very rare. Sadly, it looks as though on this occasion that delivery driver was a little heavy handed which is a real shame and we sincerely apologise. We would love to replace your order so you can enjoy our cupcakes for another occasion.
