Order was placed on 10 December and the postman attempted delivery the next day, 11 December. That's not bad for our "3 to 6 Day Delivery” service! We did send an email acknowledgement with the tracking number, the postman SHOULD have left a card, and Royal Mail are still waiting to hear from the customer. Hopefully it's still at the Royal Mail Delivery office after all this time, and isn't on its way back to us.
