Our technician Marco was on time, very professional, polite and explained in detail what we need to do. I would highly recommend his to other customers.
The tech was quick to identify the issue. Told me to check the next day and call if I still had the same issue. This was to avoid having to pay for another $130 service fee.

The service technician was friendly and corrected the problem promptly, restoring our water softness to where it should be.
