Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your purchase and I'm glad you are happy with your monitor. So sorry to hear the issue you had with DX, our courier. We are aware of issues with DX and evaluating other couriers at the moment but this will be our 4th courier in just over 2 years including DPD. Each with their own issues. Please give us a call or drop us an email if you need any more equipment, we have a few customers that we book particular couriers for who have had problems with DX in their area.

Thanks for taking the time to review Pure IT and sorry for the issues you had on delivery. Sorry also you were stuck with the faulty monitor. We do have a process for collecting faulty equipment and I can see one email requesting a suitable date for collection but this should have been chased up by our support team. With regards to the discounts for charities, this is stated in the FAQ on our charities page - https://www.pureitrefurbished.co.uk/charities/. We don't yet have the technical functionality to offer this as a systemised solution on our website so any discounts can only be manually applied. From your feedback it doesn't look like this is very obvious so we will review how we can make this information more clear. Thanks for brining this to our attention.
