Thank you for your feedback, we use interlink for 95% of our orders within the U.K. they do offer a text or email service on the day of delivery to inform you when you can expect delivery, and also give you the opportunity to change delivery if required. I see that you provided us a landline and email address so interlink should have tried to contact you by email on the day of your delivery. For many a text is more convenient if you would like to receive a text when you place your next order please provide a mobile number for us.
