well packed and dispatched item which was received in near perfect order
Despatch and delivery could have been a little quicker, Packaging was poor as only put in a bubble envolope, and it was a gift which when received was bent, looking cheap.
The response to my order was excellent, confirmation of my age was amusing, delivery was prompt, and I will be diplomatic and polite to my son-in-law as it's his Christmas present!

Very quickly ironed out a problem, and posted very quickly afterwards, very helpful
I was so impressed with your service - prompt and friendly.
I ordered it online and received my goods the next day. I phoned to ask to return item with refund. I was given full refund next day.
