Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent break to Jersey. We are sorry to learn of the inconvenience you faced with the parking of your car on the ferry and the insufficient space around your vehicle. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you and for that we are sorry. We also regret to hear about your disappointing experience at the Beachcombers Hotel. Premier Holidays has used this hotel for some time now and general feedback remains high. We are sorry that you felt this not to be the case. Your feedback is important to us, and we take your comments very seriously. We will address the issues you raised with the hotel management and also share your comments with our Channel Islands product manager for consideration and review.
