Hi Tim thanks for your feedback, it's really important to us and helps us ensure that our customers are happy and that we are doing the right things to improve. It would be great to chat through how we can improve the clarity of the course for your delegates. Having spoken to Sammi I think the IT record issue has been resolved, but I will call you to make sure that you have had no further issues.

Praxis42, especially Ian have always given great customer service. We are often not an easy business to work with - lots of last minute changes but these are always happily accommodated!
