Very helpful - remembered friends booking arrangements and volunteered to ask accommodation to try to get apartments in close proximity. Prompt returns of phone calls.

Friendly and easy to deal with.
We wanted a last minute cheap apartment and they found us one and we sorted the booking over the phone. Simple and efficient.
