Hi There, I am very sorry that you have not received a good service with us. The team and I are sorry we have let you down with the changing of delivery service from Evri to DPD. We have been implementing it over the last few months and are aware that there are issues with it that need to be fixed. I know we have spoke on email about this before but we are truly sorry. Hopefully in the future we will have our delivery options improved but this is still something we are working on. In regards to the voucher, this may have been due to the removal of the current rewards system. We have now moved on from this and have been sending out money vouchers instead of reward points.
