Hopeless mess.
Website fails now gone from not being able to order at all to duplication of order. Second copy still flying around thanks to Etsy, who occaisionally try to re-deliver but I send it back each time....

I can see that you have been in contact with one of our customer service agents who advised you to refuse your duplicated order upon delivery.
