Pond Keeper คำวิจารณ์

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to hear the barley straw hasn't met your expectations. Barley straw isn't designed to clear existing blanket weed; instead, it works by helping to prevent further growth over time as it naturally breaks down in the water. If blanket weed is already established, a dedicated treatment is usually needed first, after which the barley straw can help reduce the likelihood of it returning. If you'd like any advice on the best approach for your pond, the team will be happy to help. Best wishes, Laurie

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to hear you've found the installation more difficult than expected. The PondXpert BioBox 4500 uses a 50mm outlet, which is a standard size for gravity-fed pond filters and is clearly listed in the product specifications on our website before purchase. I appreciate that if you're connecting it to an existing pond setup with different pipework, you may need additional fittings or adaptors. If you're still having trouble finding the correct parts, please get in touch with the team. They will be happy to advise on the fittings you'll need to get everything connected and working correctly. Best wishes, Laurie
