Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback - and for speaking with me earlier. It's always better to explain things over the phone - and I'm glad we've resolved everything. Looking at your policy – the queries you had and the way we answered them – it’s clear that we could’ve done more to effectively communicate what was happening, and what had to happen. I'm sorry this didn't happen. Your experience has highlighted a shortcoming and we’re making plans to stop something similar happening again. Again, it was great to talk to you.
