Tuffnells are useless
Plastic pipe shop did their job very well.They would get 5 stars.

Sorry that you have had this experience with Tuffnells. We are limited to which carriers we can use for pipe lengths. Tuffnells are one of the only carriers to take lengths over 1.5m and are usually the best at achieving positive delivery fulfilment.
Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather at the start of the month, their network was jammed, with a high volume and particularly in your instance, despite having the goods at the delivery depot they were not delivered timeously.
Please accept our apologies and I have refunded your carriage cost.
