absolutely brilliant customer service- i orderd the wrong size pipes and joints online so i rang them and they changed my order and rang me back to confirm.
there is plenty of choice and clear...

Excellent.
Perfect. This company is just so smooth to deal with. Respectful, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
Service was good but the information about pipes being cut for private deliveries was badly placed and given the goal is fast checkout unlikely to be read!!!

We have, as a result of this feedback, reviewed how and where we display this information, but have been unable to come up with any better system than we have at present.
