Most of the staff are very good but some are not ! The not so good would perhaps benefit from better training on working over the telephone.

I have to say that Plan Insurance have been in contact with me very quickly over a negative comment that I left. I should have made clear that my complaint was not over any dealings that occurred this year ( which were carried out in a professional and pleasant manner, well done ) but were a carry over from last years dealings. The prompt manner with which this is being addressed can only inspire confidence
