With regards to your comments about the use of two units, it is possible to stop one dispenser's operation at a future date and time.  This function would be useful for your mother as she uses two units and this will ensure that only one dispenser is active at one time.  

If you refer to the instruction booklet that came with your dispenser and skip to page 7, there is a paragraph under the heading STOP - this should explain exactly how to activate the STOP function. Thank you for taking the time to respond to our Feefo request.

There are so many different combinations of pills for any medication regime, and it is really unfortunate that this has happened with your father's tablets.  We are sorry we couldn't offer a solution that worked for you.  In this circumstance we would normally suggest that a different brand (and shape) of tablet could be used, or break a tablet into 2.  This obviously hasn't been possible.  It is possible to program 2 compartments to rotate and present medication at the same alarm time (with a short interval between each compartment), so separating the pills into different sections could alleviate the problem - this is also helpful for those with many or large pills.

We know from personal experience that use of a pill dispenser can help enormously but if you are having problems we will do our best to help find a solution, so do let us know if we can help further.  We will pass on your comments to the manufacturer.
