Thank you for your feedback. We give our customers the option to search by very specific filters that other websites do not offer to ensure they find a suitable campsite/park for them. We have recently added a 'Popular' tab which includes many of the essentials, the other filters are still visible as lots of customers do request them, but the most popular are easily accessible at the top of the list. We will look into making the panels and icons on the results page clearer. We are currently working with professional photographers to improve the photos of sites on Pitchup.com. We encourage the sites and parks listed on Pitchup.com to add as many high-quality photos as possible to their listing to show the site and pitch types on offer, and it is compulsory for accommodation types to have their own photos.
