I am really very sorry that you have been sent the incorrect frames. This is extremely disappointing and will be discussed with our packing team. I can confirm that after your conversation with Eliza the correct white frames have been dispatched for delivery on Friday the 18th of May. Despite the mishap with recieiving the wrong frames, Photoframes&art were actually a breeze to deal with to sort this matter out. They were easy to call - no frustrating auto messages - I got straight through to Eliza who was apologetic and had the right frames immediately ordered and I received them exactly 2 days after my phone call. So great customer service. Keep it up! And thank you for addressing my previous feedback.
