We have investigated this and can confirm that any vouchers purchased on our website are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, and a notice of this can be located in the product description on our website. Sadly, our system is currently unable to differentiate this delivery method from the standard DPD service we offer, which is why this delivery method was not reflected at checkout. We deeply apologise for this. We value all feedback and would like to assure you we are actively working on a solution to this, and hope the issue will be resolved in the near future.
